High load capacity spur gears with conchoidal path of contact

چکیده

The present study is devoted to investigation of spur gears with a conchoidal path contact and convex-convex between teeth. load capacity energy efficiency were evaluated using both theoretical experimental approaches. analysis showed that the gear pairs are 5–21% stronger in terms stress have similar as compared involute same configuration. Experiments conducted on test rig. Its was determined by measuring active power motor driving pinion shaft controlling torque at shaft. tested pair estimated analysing changes efficiency. It found has more than 20% higher slightly efficiency, which agrees well mentioned results. Thereby, concludes substantially traditional ones.
